******DECLARATION THAT A STATE OF WAR******
FROM THE CORPORATE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES IN ALL FORMS, TOWNS, CITIES, COUNTIES, STATES, FEDERAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL WITHIN AND WITHOUT.

AGAINST; All we the people of the united states of America, the government of the united states of America, all counties of the united states of America, all states of the united states of America, all Land holders in Land Patents, all free men and women of the united states of America, the life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness of we the people of the united states of America and our posterity, the unalienable rights granted to we the people of the united states of America by our Creator, in heaven above.

AGAINST; All treaties between the united states of America, Great Britain, France, Spain, Canada, Russia and Mexico. In doing so, do violate the Law of Nations.

AGAINST; The Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution of the united states of America, the Bill of Rights and all Treaties, which are Law of the Land, therefore attempting to break up the states of the Union.

THERFORE BE IT KNOWN:
That any Country or Nation that the United States of America has signed a treaty with, the CORPORATE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has declared War on each and such Country or Nation and the peoples of those Countries and Nations.
Furthermore the CORPORATE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA does and has violated the LAW OF NATIONS.

DECLARATION OF TERMINATION. SEPERATION. DIVORCEMENT FROM FRANCHISEMENT. TRUST INSTRUMENTS AND ADHESION CONTRACTS

Termination and Divorcement From:   Any and all CORPORATE TOWN, CITY, COUNTY, STATE, and/or FEDERAL GOVERNMENT including any and all CORPORATIONS within and without the CORPORATE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

WHEREAS, the FRANCHISE and CONTRACTS with the CORPORATE UNITED STATES in all it's forms TOWN, CITY, COUNTY, STATE and FEDERAL were created and offered fraudulently and deceitfully, as unrevealed commercial agreements, unconscionable adhesion contracts with any and all Agencies of the FEDERAL, CORPORATE UNITED STATES and the DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (WASHINGTON, D.C.), attempting to put, "We the People", in commerce as a LEGAL "person" (e.g. Corporation, Trust, or Trustee):

WHEREAS, these TRUST INSTRUMENTS have deceived "We the People" into unrevealed contracts, placing American citizens under the jurisdiction of the FEDERAL UNITED STATES with its tax and regulating authority originating from the DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE pursuant to the authority of the Constitution for the United States of America (1791), and under the jurisdiction of the Equity, Admiralty, or Maritime jurisdictions of the FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM, and the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (UCC):

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that it is deemed necessary that, "We the People", separate ourselves from the fraudulent, and deceitful FRANCHISE, TRUST INSTRUMENTS and ADHESION CONTRACTS, which is NULL and VOID.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that "We the People", hereby resign, terminate, separating ourselves from the FRANCISE, TRUST INSTRUMENTS, and ADHESION CONTRACTS and will no longer be associated with it, except as necessary to terminate such.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that "We the People", hereby REVOKE all powers, including, but not limited to, Powers of Attorney and Agency.

"We the People", do hereby DISSOLVE, TERMINATE and DIVORCE any and all FRANCHISE, TRUST INSTRUMENTS and ADHESION CONTRACTS of the CORPORATE UNITED STATES of AMERICA, any and all CORPORATE ENTITIES of TOWNS, CITIES, COUNTIES, STATE and/or FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS, including CORPORATIONS.

TO ALL ELECTED, APPOINTED, OR EMPLOYED OFFICIALS, POLICE OFFICIERS, SHERIFF AND DEPUTIES, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS OF THE TOWN, CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND/OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. TO ALL FEDERAL OFFICIERS OF THE IRS, HEW, HUD, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND OTHER UNCONSTITUTIONAL AGENCIES; AND ALL LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS OF PLANNING AND ZONING BOARDS:
