Summery of Minutes

 The meeting was held at the Juniper woods Recreational Center. Had 52 concerned citizens present. Summery of what we had learned and who we had been touch with since the first meeting, was gone over by Greg Niedermeyer.

Everyone there when asked wanted to be a member of the Coalition.

 It was asked what the dues were and when Greg did not respond.  The members passed around a bucket for donations. Liz thanked everyone for the financial help.

 Thus far Greg had been paying all expenses. Greg said we had paid for mailing labels thus far for Juniper wood Ranch and was starting to receive them. One of the members that is a realtor named off some of the other ranches and that he would order those mailing labels and they would be about 50 dollars per ranch.

 Greg let the members know about the foundations that had been contacted and what some of them had already suggested we do. They all want numbers: Members, dates, times, names and information pertaining to not only our organization but also to county interference with our civil and constitutional rights.

We brought the members up to speed on the yavapai county implementing International Building and Zoning laws and what that was going to be, and is already, meaning to all of us.

 Passed around pad for signups for Phone people, and Reseachers and Typing people. Got 6 people on phone list and 3 on researcher list. Got 3 on typing list. One member volunteered to make up No Trespassing signs to have at the next meeting on the 4th of May 2008. One volunteered to put together a web site for us.

 Bulk mailing was discussed.

 Gave everyone the FBI phone number in Flagstaff.

 Inviting people running for public office to the next meeting was also discussed. It is an election year and may be a very good time to get heard.

 Everyone was told to keep and eye out for any county officials in and around their property and their neighbors properties. Ask them questions, take pictures, get names, offices, reason for being there, time, date, and license plate numbers. Get any information that will help the group identify them the next time. Note any infractions of civil and constitutional rights. Don't be afraid to get the information. It is our right to know.

 When you notice anyone trespassing get on the phone and call 4 other members or neighbors and have them each make 4 more calls then everyone go to the location as quickly as possible. There is strength in numbers. If the county officials are trespassing tell them so and tell them they have to leave immediately, and call the FBI.

 Suggested that as many concerned citizen’s show up to EVERY hearing, court trial, and meeting. Just state you are concerned citizens.
